Rocky Mountain Show Exhibitors: Know Before You Go

New for 2024:
Daily Raffles for Buyers

In an effort to incentivize buyers to place more orders at the show, we're doing a $100 raffle on Days 1, 2, and 3, and everyone who places an order on the show floor will be entered to win.

 

Here's how it works:

1.) A buyer places an order with you.

2.) You give them a raffle ticket.

3.) They submit their tickets at booth 1810 for a chance to win $100.

On Saturday we'll come around to hand out raffle tickets that you can give to buyers when the show opens.

1. Exhibitor Registration

2. Housing

 

Please click here to find housing opportunities. We have teamed up with Connections Housing to offer our Exhibitors and Buyers great rates at three properties conveniently located near the event. 

 

3. Exhibitor Kit and Booth Rental Equipment

Gamut Event Services is our official service contractor for the Show and their online marketplace / exhibitor kit is now open. Unique login information has been sent to the email we have on file via Gamut Exhibitor Event Services Exhibitors services, es@gamutsvs.com.

4. Electricity & Internet Services/ Colorado Convention Center

The Colorado Convention Center offers utility services for exhibitors, including electricity, internet and more. You can find the convention center exhibitor services kit here.

 

If you have any questions, call the convention center direct at 303.228.8027 or email eorders@denverconvention.com before you order.

 

5. Order your Lead Retrieval

 

You can now reserve Lead Retrievals through our registration company, Conexsys.

 

6. Food Sampling Forms

For our Gourmet exhibitors, please fill out and return the Colorado Convention Center Sampling Policies, Sampling Form and Liability Waiver. All vendors Sampling must sign the Sampling Form and the Liability Waiver and return for review and approval. Forms can be returned via Fax at  303-228-8212 or emailed to John.Jessen@sodexo.com

 

7. Marketing

 

We have been marketing the Show to the Denver Mart Association lists, purchased lists, through print, SEO, social media, and email.

 

To complement our efforts and highlight your participation in the Show, we encourage you to utilize our free marketing tools, including this flyer to share with your customers.  

8. Move In and Move Out Hours

 

  • Exhibitor Move-In:

    • Friday (2/2) -- 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

    • Saturday (2/3) -- 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

  • Exhibitor Move- Out:  

    • Wednesday (2/7) -- 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

9. Parking

Below are the current parking rates at the Denver Convention Center.

  • Park up to 8 hours: $12.00

  • Park up to 12 hours: $15.00

  • Park up to 18 hours: $17.00

  • Park up to 24 hours: $25.00
