ROCKY MOUNTAIN APPAREL, GIFT & RESORT SHOW: NEW REGIONAL TRADE SHOW ANSWERS THE CALL OF REGIONAL INDUSTRY RETAILERS AND NATIONAL VENDORS

RESORT, GIFT, APPAREL and SOUVENIR SHOW SET TO DEBUT

AUGUST 19-22, 2021

Industry Veteran Partners launch Semi-Annual Trade Show at the National Western Complex in Denver, Colorado.

ATLANTA (April 22, 2021) -- Leading show producers and industry veterans, Doug Miller and Tim von Gal have formed a new company, RedlineXpo, to announce the launch of the semi-annual ROCKY MOUNTAIN APPAREL, GIFT & RESORT SHOW, a super-regional trade show for the resort & souvenir, gift, jewelry and apparel industries. The show is set to debut August 19-22, 2021 at the National Western Complex in Denver. Future show dates for February 2022 and the succeeding years have been secured.

Featuring all categories of resort & souvenir, gift, jewelry and apparel products, the new show will feature more than 400 temporary exhibitors representing over 2000 lines. The new show fills the void left by the recent permanent closing of the Denver Merchandise Mart and the Rocky Mountain Gift Show.

“We have admired this important market for many years. With the permanent closing of the Denver Merchandise Mart, this created a unique opportunity for us to launch a new event in the Denver area to service the retailer buying needs for Colorado and the surrounding states. We are thrilled to get the opportunity to work with the Denver Market Association, which is made up of the former mart showroom owners, to produce a new semi-annual event in Denver to fill the void left by the mart’s closing. We look forward to unifying the market under one roof and build a great event for our customers and retailers throughout the region,” explains Doug Miller.

“Denver has been knocking on our door for years,” said Tim von Gal, “and we always hoped for the opportunity to launch a show in such a great market serving so many resort, gift and apparel retailers throughout the region. This is a tremendous opportunity to create a much-needed successful event for the industry in this region.”

“We are very excited to get the opportunity to work with RedlineXpo’s leadership, Tim, Doug and their group to help build a great new semi-annual show in the region. We are also excited to see the apparel, gift and resort people, that were part of the mart for over 60 years, come together to continue our great tradition,” said Laurie Elledge, President, Denver Market Association.

In addition to Doug and Tim, the partnership includes resort and souvenir trade show veterans Matt Miller, Evan Shoda and Dirk von Gal.  Dirk, Matt and Evan worked with Doug and Tim at Urban Expositions.  This partnership represents more than 90 years of combined successful souvenir, apparel and gift trade show development and production experience.

The show is anticipated to open with hundreds of exhibiting companies showcasing all of the newest products of the souvenir & resort, gift, jewelry and apparel categories.
